A recent research of Emarketer showed some nice figures on the relevance of User Generated Content and the Net Promoter Score. Do you recommend a brand? See the numbers. It aint strange, because a recommendation comes from good service, great quality and added value.

Another good benchmark they provided was the reason for companies involving in social media. What is your goal?
