Rules of innovation from Google

– Ideas come from everywhere
– Share all information
– Data drive all decisions
– Vision must be shares with the team
– Morph ideas, don’t just kill them
– Speed matters – iterate products
– Users come first – not money
– 20% time is at our core
– A philosophy of no constraints (moore’s Law)

Nice one: we have à dogfood program, which means that Google employees eat their dogfood.
